Product Description Safer Bather bath pad has all of the features every parent needs to assure baby's bath is as safe and pleasurable as can be. The head is elevated keeping water out of baby's ears, and it won't break or pull apart like some sponge pads. Soft polyester filling dries quickly and is mold and mildew resistant. Sturdy hanger for convenient storage. Baby will not have to lay in a hard plastic tub. For newborn to 9 months.
Editorial Reviews Your Baby Today Babies usually love bathtime, but combining soap and water with a squirmy infant can make for slippery conditions. This softly cushioned bath pillow from Leachco helps keep your infant in place--whether you bathe her in the kitchen sink or bathtub--while you get her clean. The colorful striped fish and seahorses that adorn the pillow will amuse your baby. The bather comes with a handle to allow for easy drying. -- Maureen Connolly for Your Baby Today

Don't bathe a baby without it!! June 25, 2001 409 out of 432 found this review helpful
I got this for my daughter almost 7 years ago and this was one of my best shower gifts. It allows the child to float on the water and fully supports them. My husband was a pro doing the bath when she was only a month old. I had trouble finding this a couple of times when I wanted to give it as a gift so I am glad that it is back.
The Easiest Way to Give a Baby a Bath November 24, 2001 Kimberley (Maui) 80 out of 80 found this review helpful
This was the best gift that I received at my shower. I had purchased a baby tub when my daughter was born, but she slid all around in the slippery tub. We had to wait for daddy to get home to give her a bath because it required two hands to keep her upright. I pulled this bath pillow from the closet and put it to use. It fit in my kitchen sink and cushioned my little one perfectly. I could now easily bathe her myself. She is almost 5 months old now, and we use it in the tub. The pad absorbs enough water to weight it down safely. Although it does dry quickly hanging overnight, it has developed a mildew smell, I would recommend washing it every couple of weeks to prevent this.
The best for newborns June 12, 2003 55 out of 55 found this review helpful
I used this for my daughter's first bath and 3 months later I'm still using it. Everyone told me how nerve racking it was to bath a slippery wet infant, but with this safer bather and my kitchen sink we've had nothing but smooth sailing. She loves her bath everytime thanks to this bather. It fits snuggly into the kitchen sink and I can sit her up or lay her down to clean and play with her. It also fits into our baby bath tub, and every other thing we use to bath her. As long as you take care to rinse it off with cool water after each use and let it hang dry it will last through every bath. It's comfortable and safe, the perfect way to feel calm and relaxed during those first few baths when you're a little nervous.
The Most Important Baby Item You'll Ever Buy! July 28, 2001 Natalie Ward (Columbia, SC USA) 42 out of 42 found this review helpful
This is my standard shower gift for friends. I used one of those awful plastic, hard, cold tubs for a few weeks before being told about this safer bather. It supports babies head, keeps the baby warmer because it absorbs the heat from the water and makes bathing a breeze. My daughter is now 14 months old and we still use it! An absolute must have as far as I'm concerned.

This bather is "DA BOMB"! I don't know how I bathed my first child without it!!! No trying to manage a wiggly newborn in a hard, slippery, cold plastic tub. Baby fits comfortably and snugly, with an elevated head, in this cushion, allowing mom or dad to use both hands to get the job done! (And don't tell my hubby, but when "Calgon Takes Me Away" -- this bather makes an EXCELLENT cushion behind MY back!) This is the first product I've used in a long time that has me wanting to tell everyone what a great find I've made!! I can't say enough good things about this bather. You won't be sorry!
